These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases and use of this website operated by OxLabs B.V., a company registered in the Netherlands. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

This website is built using Framer. Our ecommerce platform is powered by Shopify.

2. Products and Availability
OxLabs creates and sells skincare products made primarily from beef tallow and natural ingredients. All products are cosmetic in nature and intended for external use only.

We produce in quarterly batches. Products may sell out and remain unavailable until the next release. While we aim to maintain consistent availability, we reserve the right to limit quantities or adjust availability at any time.

We may also sell products in person at pop-up stores or special events.

3. Order Process
To place an order:
– Add products to your cart
– Proceed to checkout via Shopify
– Confirm your billing and shipping information
– Complete payment using the accepted methods

All orders are subject to confirmation and availability. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed.

4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are shown in Euros (€), including applicable VAT.
Payment is processed securely via Shopify. We accept major credit/debit cards and other listed payment methods at checkout.

5. Shipping and Delivery
We currently ship only within the EU and EEA.

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email.

You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address. We are not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect information.

6. Returns and Right of Withdrawal
As an EU customer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

To initiate a return, email team@oxlabs.com within the 14-day window. Products must be unopened, unused, and returned in their original packaging.

You will be responsible for return shipping. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

7. Pre-Orders and Memberships
Some product drops may be available for pre-order. Estimated shipping dates will be clearly stated, but are subject to change.

We may offer a paid membership that includes benefits like early access to drops. Membership terms will be outlined separately during purchase.

No recurring subscriptions are offered at this time.

8. Customer Responsibilities
By using this website and placing an order, you confirm that:
– You are at least 18 years old
– You have provided accurate and complete information
– You will use the products only as intended

9. User-Generated Content (UGC)
By submitting a product review or tagging OxLabs on social media using our brand name or official hashtag, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to repost, feature, or display your content on our website, email, or social platforms.

We reserve the right to moderate or remove content that is offensive, false, or misleading.

10. Limitation of Liability
Our products are formulated with natural ingredients, but individual reactions may vary. Please review the ingredient list before use.

We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

11. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. If a dispute arises, we will first try to resolve it amicably. If needed, legal matters will be settled through the appropriate Dutch or EU courts.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and apply from the date of publication.
